Don't miss out on this final chance to witness the talent of our featured artist, Ines Katamso at ARTJOG 2024. Katamso's sculptural series explores the future where humans are no longer the center of the world. Her work uses paleontology to investigate fossils, remnants of extinct organisms, and scientific inquiries to answer questions about their external appearance. Katamso believes that modern society is failing, leading to the extinction of the human race and the regeneration of nature. Her sculptures elucidate the legacy of modern humans and serve as a reminder of the impermanence of societal structures and their impact on the planet's future ecological balance.
