By blowing the Arabic Alphabet up into soft, attractive, colorful cushion-forms, I give it back its humanism, erase the negative, aggressive connotations that have come to be associated with it. The language and culture are about the celebration of life, about joy, not oppression or violence. And I also wished to draw attention with these letters to love.
