Overview
Luh Gede Gita Sangita Yasa received her BFA from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). She primarily works with oils, watercolor, graphite, and occasionally resin. Based in Bali, she is known for her adept use of bold colors and composition in a reality bending manner. Her recent works strive to construct cohesive whole, an 'ideal reality'—out of fragments from memories, dreams, and the mundane. She marries these disparate parts into compelling narratives.
